Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales goals according to the company's targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and train the FF team to boost performance and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports.
  • Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to expand market presence.
  • Effectively resolve conflicts and problems through proactive solutions.
  • Negotiate with clients and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or higher degree in administration or related careers.
  • +2 years of experience in Commercial/Operative area, FF, preference in Mobile market.
  • Fluent in English (The hiring process will be in English).
  • Own Transportation.
