Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Nurse based in Cuenca. The Licensed Nurse will be responsible for providing patient care, monitoring patient health, administering medications, assisting with dental procedures, maintaining patient records, and ensuring a safe and sterilized environment. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care and providing education to patients regarding oral hygiene and preventative care practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong patient care and communication skills to build trust and ensure patient comfort
  • Proficiency in monitoring patient health, managing medical records, and handling patient documentation
  • Competency in administering medications and assisting with dental or medical procedures
  • Knowledge of sterilization procedures, hygiene practices, and infection control protocols
  • Certification as a Licensed Nurse and compliance with all local licensing requirements
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team and in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to patient safety
  • Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred
