Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teacher at InterAmerican Academy in Guayaquil.

The primary responsibilities include designing and implementing lesson plans, providing education to students, communicating with students' parents and guardians, training assistant teachers, and participating in school activities and events.

Qualifications
Lesson planning and teaching skills
Excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues
Experience in training assistant teachers
Passion for education and a good command of the English language
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or a related field
Previous teaching experience and exposure to diverse cultural backgrounds is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
