What You Need To Know

  • Collection management corresponding to the assigned accounts portfolio (AIG Reinsurance).
  • Provide customer service, resolve situations presented by producers, insured and internal clients, related to premium payments, such as attention to unrecognized charges, duplicate charges and other collection questions
  • Elaborate a monthly cash for premium receivables and unallocated cash.
  • Provide properly information to Accounting Team.
  • Collaborate in Collections projects
  • Perform priors cancellation of policies outside the agreement.
  • Responsible to analyze and oversee the proper register of all payment transactions for AIG Seguros and aAIG Resseguros.
  • Generation of manual invoices, collections actions and NOCs (Notification of Cancellation) for managed accounts.
  • Identification of deposits in the concentrator accounts for their entry and application.
  • Monitoring and application of stand-alone cash
  • Responsible to perform general ledger account analysis.
  • Responsible for processing Cancellation (AIG RE)
  • Communicate and train Producers and Distribution teammates
  • File and organize Collections department information as required.
  • Support Financial internal and external audits.
  • Back up and support other Collection team members in matters related to collections area.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field of study
  • This position suits candidates with at least 1 year experience in the insurance industry as well as work related responsibilities.
