The Sales Representative is responsible for ensuring the compliance of the 5Ps in ITS & WS - Ind.

Smkts nationwide, guaranteeing the implementation of Colgate-Palmolive's business plans at the point of sale, and developing the distributor's (field) sales force in these areas, with the goal of maximizing sales volume and distribution.


Responsibilities:
Execute work plans by route and implement the 5Ps in the field.
Work closely with the distributor's sales force to achieve sales targets.
Analyze sales and distribution results to assess achievement of objectives.
Advise clients and visit them to verify they are being properly served by the distributor's salesperson.
Address client requests and needs, coordinating the proper functioning of sales channels.
Seek out new clients and coordinate the opening of new routes.
Supervise and control distribution, sales, promotional activities, and inventory rotation for products at client locations.
Monitor and report competitor activities and suggest action plans.
Train and coach distributor salespeople to achieve expected results and improve customer service.
Perform weekly follow-ups.
Prepare monthly and quarterly closures of distributor and field sales team KPIs.
Comply with all established policies and standards.


Required Qualifications:
Degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or Finance.
At least 1 year of experience in sales, commercial area, or customer service - field sales experience is required
Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite and Excel.
Knowledge of SAP.
Understanding of the 5Ps.
Intermediate level of English.
