About the role:


As a Bilingual Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions in English, providing accurate information, and delivering an excellent service experience.

You'll be part of ACC's bilingual campaigns supporting a U.S.

client and will be expected to fully understand the company's service offerings and clearly advise customers on in-home care solutions, including non-medical home care services (personal or custodial care) as well as medically necessary in-home skilled nursing services.

The role requires effective use of internal tools, strong attention to detail, accountability, and consistent compliance with quality and productivity standards.

Requirements:
English level B2+ or higher
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Organizational skills and ability to manage information accurately.
