We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager for Sales to join Pivotal Results LLC as a full-time team member.

- Proficiency in account management, CRM, and sales.

- Conversational English skills.

Responsibilities

We are expanding our sales team with an Account Manager who will drive growth, build strong client relationships, and lead strategic account growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain client relationships to foster repeat and referral business.

- Identify and engage potential clients, develop a robust pipeline of new accounts.

- Maintain accurate records of account activities, performance metrics, and pipeline reports.

- Help clients understand the features and benefits of our training programs.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on client needs, co-develop campaigns, and refine product offerings.
