Location:

Responsibilities:
Manage internet and telephone connections with providers to prevent service outages or interruptions.

Provide technical support and answer user inquiries regarding the use of company applications to enable them to perform their duties more effectively.

Develop help guides, provide training, and propose and encourage the proper use of software, hardware, and other technological tools to leverage company resources effectively and efficiently.

Monitor the proper functioning of data, voice, and closed-circuit networks to ensure the smooth operation of the company.

Perform regular maintenance on the internal data and voice network to prevent service congestion and provide a fast and optimal connection to the Guayaquil and Quito offices.

Configure all computer equipment using VPN to ensure proper communication with servers located in Headquarters.

Manage the acquisition of new software or hardware with the necessary authorizations to facilitate the functions of the different departments.

Manage the inventory of IT resources to ensure their proper use.

Monitor the expenditure of company computer equipment and technological resources through the corresponding analysis reports to ensure the correct use of resources.

Other administrative functions assigned by the administrative coordinator to achieve organizational objectives

Coordinate the procurement and bidding processes for goods and services, ensuring compliance with internal regulations, from supplier qualification to performance evaluation, guaranteeing the purchase of goods and services that meet the needs of internal and external clients.

Annually schedule the company's investment and expenditure plan, following corporate budget planning guidelines, to obtain approval for the necessary funds to execute the expenditures and investments that will support the company's operations.

Monitor the proper use and condition of the company's fixed assets, ensuring compliance with current administrative and safety regulations, to guarantee their optimal durability.

Coordinate management, planning, execution, and administrative control activities to achieve the established objectives and goals.


Requirements:
University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build solid relationships with suppliers.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with procurement software tools and Microsoft Office.
Intermediate–upper level proficiency in English.
