Management Web Portal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Web Portal Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for periodic visits to negotiate new accounts and portfolio retention, as well as the implementation of new products.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to manage BPM quotation promises (tracking tool) and broker requirements regarding process of the supporting areas: CPS, Collections, Claims, etc.

Main Responsibilities:

• Negotiate new accounts and portfolio retention with brokers
• Implement new products
• Manage BPM quotation promises (tracking tool)
• Manage and consolidate broker requirements regarding process of the supporting areas: CPS, Collections, Claims, etc.
• Quotation follow-up and feedback record
• Report generation: Monthly renewal status and commercial status: quotations and new business
• Prospecting new business-pipelines with assigned brokers
• Broker training: Risk appetite, Products and coverages, AIG web portal, Communication channels
