Your Tasks

Role Purpose:

Execute the Shopper & Customer Marketing (Trade Marketing) strategy for Eucerin within the Modern & Traditional Trade channel in Ecuador ensuring strong in-store execution, effective visibility, dermo advisor management, and performance of key KPIs for the category in this important channel.
This role adapts brand initiatives to different retail environments, working closely with Sales, POSM, Marketing, and the dermo advisor team, with full focus on driving conversion, visibility, and profitable growth in the channel.

Main Accountabilities:

Channel & Category Execution

  • Implement the Eucerin strategy across all customers.
  • Align execution plans with commercial and marketing strategies for the channel.
  • Adapt assortment, visibility, and activation plans by customer.
  • Actively participate in ABP, Fast Start, S&OP and Business Reviews as the point of reference for Derma.

Collaboration with Sales, Marketing & Dermo Advisors

  • Coordinate with the commercial team on tailored actions by customer.
  • Manage the dermo advisor team: planning, coverage, materials, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure that training content and materials are aligned with brand strategy and properly implemented in-store.
  • Monitor field execution and dermo advisor productivity in collaboration with Sales.

In-store Execution, POSM & Activations

  • Define and adapt PICOS (Picture of Success) for derma across channels.
  • Work with the POSM team to ensure production and delivery of materials.
  • Supervise in-store activations, space management, and promotional initiatives.
  • Conduct trade visits to assess execution and identify improvement opportunities.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track and analyze key KPIs for the channel:
  • Sell-in, Sell-out, Market Share
  • Distribution, MSL, Visibility, Velocity,Inventory
  • Dermo advisor coverage and performance (sales, productivity)
  • Recommend adjustments and tactical improvements by customer to maximize results.
  • Follow up to internal Sales & Operation Planning – stock availability for launches and promo.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Growth in sell-in, sell-out, and market share in Derma
  • Effective implementation of PICOS and visibility plans by customer
  • Dermo advisor coverage and productivity vs. objectives
  • Execution of activations and promotions according to the plan
  • Visibility and shopper conversion in key stores

Your Profile

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or in-store execution
  • Previous experience in the Drugstores channel is a plus
  • Experience managing specialized field teams (e.g., beauty advisors) is desirable

Skills:

  • Strong execution mindset with strategic alignment
  • KPI tracking and field performance analysis
  • Ability to coordinate external teams (dermo advisors)
  • Collaborative approach with Sales and Marketing teams

Languages:

  • Fluent Spanish
  • Intermediate-advanced English
