We're looking for a frontend-focused engineer with solid backend fundamentals to help build high-traffic products and internal tools. This is a fully remote role open to candidates located in LATAM.
What you'll do
Build, maintain, and document new features for web products and internal tools.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and QA to prioritize and develop features.
Work in a multidisciplinary team with a wide range of responsibilities.
What to expect
You'll work in focused six-week cycles that give you space to innovate, refine, and propose new ideas. You'll have the opportunity to influence product direction and contribute directly to the roadmap.}
Your first 7 days
Onboarding with full access to tools and systems.
Meet the team and understand team dynamics.
Review current projects and internal tools.
Initial training on the technologies and methodologies we use.
Your first 30 days
Start contributing through small tasks and bug fixes.
Pair programming to learn team standards and practices.
Participate in your first development cycle.
Regular check-ins with your manager to support your ramp-up.
Your first 90 days
Lead a small end-to-end project or feature.
Propose your own ideas for future development cycles.
Participate actively in code reviews.
Work with your manager on your development plan.
Become fully integrated into the team and workflows.
What you'll bring
Technical skills
TypeScript
React (including ) and experience improving or migrating legacy code
Tailwind CSS plus SASS or vanilla CSS
Git with clean, semantic commit practices
Basic GraphQL knowledge or willingness to learn
Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions preferred)
Testing frameworks like Jest, Testing Library, or Playwright
Exposure to PHP (Symfony) and Go is a plus
Strong understanding of performance, caching, and optimization
Observability and monitoring in large codebases
Soft skills
Curiosity for new technologies
Strong collaboration skills across disciplines
