TL;DR: We're looking for an Influencer Partnerships Contractor based in Latin America to support the launch of our Lenten Challenge by helping manage, close, and track influencer partnerships on Instagram and TikTok.
This role is highly executional and requires strong follow-up skills, clear communication, and exceptional organization. You'll work closely with our LatAm Marketing Manager and be part of the International Marketing contractor staff at Hallow.
What You'll Do

Support the launch of Hallow's Lenten Challenge by owning the follow-up, negotiation, and tracking of micro influencer partnerships—ensuring every conversation, agreement, and deliverable is properly documented and moves forward on time.

Manage and follow up on multiple influencer conversations and negotiations simultaneously

Support deal closing with influencers on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok

Communicate clearly in English and Spanish with influencers and internal stakeholders

Track all partnership details (rates, deliverables, timelines, status) in internal spreadsheets

Keep internal systems clean, accurate, and fully up to date

Monitor deal progress and proactively flag risks, delays, or missing information

Coordinate closely with the LatAm Marketing Manager to ensure smooth execution

Fluent or highly proficient in English and Spanish

Strong self-organization skills and ability to manage multiple negotiations at once

Prior experience working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)

Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up habits

Reliable, proactive, and execution-focused

Based in Latin America (LatAm-friendly time zones)

Nice to Have

Previous experience working with influencers or digital partnerships

Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok creator ecosystems

Experience working as a contractor with international or US-based teams

Reporting & Team

Reports directly to the LatAm Marketing Manager
