Perfiles requeridos:


Técnicos de Laboratorio o Laboratorista, para análisis de petróleo crudo, agua de formación, Ingeniero Químico, Químico o Petroquímico sin experiencia o Técnico de Laboratorio con mínimo 3 años de experiencia.


Actividades adicionales:
Muestreo y determinación de % BSW de pozos de producción.
Revisión de dosis y stocks en todos los puntos de inyección.
Medición de parámetros operativos (% BSW, aceite en agua, presiones, temperaturas y caudales) en facilidades de producción.
Reporte de novedades de instrumentación en facilidades de inyección de químicos.
Deshidratación de muestras de oleoductos.
Análisis de dureza de emulsiones de pozos productores.

Monitoreo de oleoductos:
BSW, salinidad, % espuma, dureza de emulsión.


Actividades complementarias:
Cambio de cupones de corrosión en facilidades de producción - pozos productores / reinyectores.
Análisis PTB (porcentaje de sólidos) de pozos productores con levantamiento electro sumergible.
Análisis de muestras sólidas.
Actualización de API y viscosidades (a dos temperaturas - curvas de viscosidad) de pozos productores.
Actualización de la curva de calibración de aceite en agua.
Toma de muestras de gas de los pozos productores para análisis de cromatografía.
Determinación de contenidos de asfáltenos en pozos productores.

Medición de viscosidad en fluido total y crudo de pozos Ishpingo Arena U, y/o en el caso de existir pozos después de intervención.

Revisión, reemplazo y registro de etiquetas de identificación de químicos de planta, bodega, laboratorio, locaciones.
Análisis de calcio en facilidades planta / agua de reinyección CPT y TPTC.
Análisis de hierro en facilidades planta / agua de reinyección CPT y TPTC.
Determinación del residual de fosfonatos en facilidades producción - agua de reinyección CPT y TPTC.
Análisis físico químico del agua de reinyección CPT y TPTC.
Medición de oxígeno disuelto en facilidades producción / agua de reinyección CPT y TPTC reinyectores.
Análisis de sulfuros disueltos en facilidades producción / agua de reinyección CPT y TPTC.
Análisis de H₂S en agua facilidades producción - separadores / agua de reinyección CPT y TPTC.
Medición de contenido de H₂S en agua en agua de reinyección CPT y TPTC.

Análisis de calcio en pozos productores (BSW > 1%, en pozos productores con BSW < 5% el análisis de calcio será referencial).

Análisis de hierro total y manganeso en cabeza pozos productores (BSW > 5%).
Medición de sulfuros disueltos, sulfatos en pozos productores (BSW > 5%).
Cultivos de bacterias en agua facilidades producción, oleoductos / agua de reinyección (mensual).
Análisis de calidad de agua de reinyección (quincenal).
Revisión e identificación de puntos de inyección de químico.
Determinación de H₂S y CO₂ en gas asociado, medido en cabezas de pozos productores.
