BA Global Talent is looking for a qualified professional to join a dynamic team as a Litigation Legal Assistant based in LATAM or the Caribbean. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting a modern U.S.-based litigation boutique that handles consumer class actions, complex commercial disputes, international arbitration, corporate advisory matters, employment law, data privacy, and collections.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation dockets and track deadlines

• Organize and maintain case files and documentation

• Support day-to-day litigation workflows

• Review documents, including large-scale productions

• Assist with intake-related tasks (limited)

• Support ongoing case management under attorney guidance

• Conduct light legal research

• Provide substantive case assistance under attorney supervision

Requirements:

• Must be based in Latin America or the Caribbean

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to manage and review large volumes of documents

• Willingness to learn litigation workflows and legal processes

• Strong verbal and written English (critical requirement)

• Legal research experience is desired but not required

• 1+ years of experience required as a paralegal or legal assistant

• Qualified lawyer (licensed or not), current law student, or professional with prior experience working in a law firm or legal department

• Possible exposure to legal research platforms such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, Bloomberg Law, PACER, or similar tools
