What You'll Be Building

Your first mission:

Design and deploy an autonomous cognitive layer ("SubCEO") to oversee and enhance the sales process across our multi-country portfolio.

You'll architect:

• An internal language-based reasoning engine

• Integrated with ERP + CRM data streams

• Able to observe, prioritize, and intervene in sales execution

• With modules for emotional state recognition and conversational intelligence

• Hosted on private infrastructure with future capability for offline inference

This isn't a chatbot.

This is an intelligent system to think with us.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Deep experience with LLMs (open-weight models preferred: LLaMA, Mistral, Mixtral)

• Comfort with fine-tuning, prompt orchestration, embeddings, and multi-agent logic

• Solid backend engineering: Python or Rust, APIs, data pipelines

• Infra autonomy: you know how to deploy locally, not just call an API

• Experience in system design for real-world decision-making

Bonus if you have:

• Built private LLM stacks or local inference systems

• Worked on emotion recognition or behavioral modeling

• A distrust of black-box dependencies (you prefer to own the stack)

• Led or architected intelligence platforms beyond "assistant" level
