SOC Monitor – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Month 1:
Remote (Work from home)

From Month 2:
On-site at our Security Operations Center in Quito, Ecuador

Contract Type:
Full-time (Rotational Schedule)

Main Responsibilities
Monitor multiple security and network dashboards in real time.
Identify, document, and escalate alerts to the U.S. cybersecurity response team.
Maintain accurate event logs and daily reports in both English and Spanish.
Ensure continuous vigilance and adherence to internal security procedures.
Requirements
Final-year students or graduates in IT, Networks, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
Advanced English level (spoken and written – required).
Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain focused under pressure.
Full availability to work rotating and night shifts (24/7 operation).
Prior experience in monitoring, call centers, or IT support is an advantage.
Compensation

Base salary:
USD 625 per month.
Performance incentives and monthly bonuses based on reliability and results.
Legal contract under Ecuadorian labor law with all corresponding benefits.
