Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Solution Leader - Apps Modernization

Requisitos:

Formación Académica


• Ingeniería Comercial, Administración, Marketing, Sistemas o carreras afines.


• Certificaciones en ventas de tecnología son un plus (Microsoft, Red Hat, AWS, Salesforce, etc.).


• Deseable: cursos o entrenamientos en venta consultiva o account management.

Experiencia


• 3–7 años de experiencia en ventas B2B de soluciones Cloud, Modernización, Seguridad, DevOps/DevSecOps, Managed Services o Infraestructura TI.


• Experiencia vendiendo a banca, seguros, retail o industria (deseable).


• Experiencia comprobada cerrando contratos de servicios recurrentes o suscripciones tecnológicas.


• Conocimiento de tecnologías como Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, Azure, Power Platform, AppSec, Automatización RPA/IA (no técnico profundo, pero sí funcional/comercial).

• Venta consultiva (SPIN Selling, Challenger, MEDDIC o similar).


• Comunicación ejecutiva y capacidad de presentar a nivel C-Level.


• Orientación a resultados y manejo de ciclos de venta largos.


• Capacidad analítica y comprensión del impacto de TI en el negocio.


• Resiliencia, negociación y manejo avanzado de objeciones.


• Proactividad para generar demanda y nuevas oportunidades.

No se requiere ser ingeniero técnico, pero sí entender conceptos clave como:


• Cloud (Azure preferible)


• Contenedores y Kubernetes


• Red Hat OpenShift (day-1 y day-2 operations)


• DevOps/DevSecOps pipelines


• Power Platform y automatización


• Observabilidad (APM/Monitorización)


• Niveles de servicio: SLA, SLO, métricas, MTTR, disponibilidad


• Modelos recurrentes: Managed Services, Soporte 24/7, CoE

  • Responsabilidades:

Buscamos un Ejecutivo Comercial Senior con experiencia vendiendo servicios gestionados, soluciones de nube y plataformas empresariales a compañías de gran tamaño en banca, seguros, retail e industrias.

Responsabilidades Clave


• Desarrollar y ejecutar una estrategia comercial para posicionar servicios gestionados 24x7 (OpenShift, Cloud, DevSecOps, AppSec, Observabilidad, Automation CoE).


• Identificar oportunidades en clientes actuales y nuevos, con foco en industrias reguladas y empresas de más de 300 empleados.


• Liderar el proceso completo de venta consultiva: prospección, calificación, discovery, propuesta, negociación y cierre.


• Presentar soluciones en términos de valor de negocio, no solo tecnología (continuidad operativa, reducción de costos, eficiencia, resiliencia, time-to-market).


• Trabajar con equipos internos de arquitectura, operaciones, NOC/SOC y delivery para diseñar propuestas de alto valor.


• Construir relaciones sólidas con ejecutivos C-Level y responsables de tecnología.


• Cumplir metas de ventas trimestrales y anuales, impulsando contratos recurrentes (12–36 meses).


• Realizar seguimiento comercial mediante CRM (HubSpot, Dynamics o similar).


• Representar a Business IT en reuniones, eventos y presentaciones ejecutivas.
