What You Will Do

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with SST Tools, including executing ATS, working permits prior to Mtto tasks, adhering to the 7 GOLDEN rules for well-being, leading and addressing unsafe conditions, complying with BOS records of Shift technicians, attending talks, training, and workshops, as well as maintaining equipment and workshop provided. Additionally, you will participate in DOM2 meetings, maintenance planning, and make purchasing requests. You will also be involved in quoting and coordinating work with suppliers, establishing BOS compliance schedules for Mtto technicians, guaranteeing incident or accident reporting, investigation, and development with respective action plans.

You will manage the acquisition of spare parts for productive and non-productive lines, provide support to maintenance personnel in the field on notices generated by Conversion and Mill Team leaders, direct predictive personnel according to planned routes in productive and non-productive teams, analyze daily activities reports, raise improvements in assigned areas directly and indirectly, direct Mtto raised according to criticality of equipment to carry out work and improve substandard conditions, and carry out Level 2 RCAs to determine root causes and ensure compliance with proposed action plans.

You will tabulate Mtto costs in productive and non-productive lines, generate staff schedule planning, report overtime or new staff attendance, carry out management indicators, verify budget compliance with Mtto accounts in Productive and non-productive Centers, participate in projects, coordinate plant operational budget, check forklift pre-use checklist, generate work notice according to reported news, assign LUP creation when performing Mtto jobs, maintain regularity in task performance, analyze management indicators to identify improvement opportunities, know and understand the Risk and Opportunity Matrix, identify risks and opportunities to generate action plans, plan training for staff with academic evaluations, and maintain order and cleanliness of work area, maintenance equipment, tools, and raise awareness among staff about good practices for hazardous waste use and disposal.

Who You Are

You must have an undergraduate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronic, Electromechanical Engineering, with 1-2 years of experience. You should possess technical knowledge in Office Tools Management of Machinery/Tools, Steam and Condensate Systems, Bearing Assembly, Repair and assembly of pumps, Special welding, Lubrication/Tribology, Industrial Safety and Occupational Health, Maintenance management, AutoCad, Project management, Electromechanical Assemblies, Electrical mounting, Pneumatic Systems, Environmental Regulations, and Competencies such as achievement orientation, orientation to order, quality, and accuracy, analytical thinking, problem resolution, and staff leadership.
