Event Superhero Booking Agent
to help clients execute unforgettable events and
close deals with a head-on spirit
. Whether in Europe, LATAM, Southeast Asia, or the Middle East, our team is shaping the future of corporate events in
40+ cities (and counting)

Since our beginnings in Brussels, we've gone global—empowering businesses like
Airbnb, Amazon, Gucci, BCG, GitHub, and the European Commission
to discover, compare, and book unique venues for meetings, conferences, afterworks, and workshops—quickly and effortlessly.

Your Mission:

• Lead, close, and follow up
  on incoming global leads to reinforce our sales team.
• Stay in close contact with clients,
  guiding them through the entire event journey
  .
• Act as the
  main point of contact
  between clients and suppliers (venues, hotels, catering, etc.).
• Mediate and resolve issues swiftly and professionally
  , balancing commercial and firm approaches.
• Stay on top of all your deals while managing
  new incoming client inquiries
  .
• Spot and act on
  upsell opportunities
  —from conferences to evening dinners and hotels.
• Build and maintain
  warm, lasting relationships
  with key client accounts.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding deals and
  nurture returning clients
  .
