1. Asegurarse que todos los equipos de la cocina y del edificio estén efectivamente limpios como lo especifiquen los programas de limpieza.

2. Asegurarse que los lavados manuales se realicen de acuerdo a los estándares especificados.

3. Limpiar y sanitizar todas las superficies que hagan contacto con los alimentos.

4. Asegurar que todas las funciones relacionadas se llevan a cabo eficientemente.

5. Asegurar que los productos químicos se manejan apropiadamente.

6. Adherirse a todas las medidas de seguridad.

7. Realizar cualquier otra función relacionada indicada por el Jefe de Control de Calidad/Supervisores.

8. Asegurar el cumplimiento del programa de limpieza superficial y profunda de todas las instalaciones.
