, you will play a vital role onsite with our customers. Leading the installation/ maintenance activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations.

The work includes but is not limited to borescope inspections, blade work, combustion/hot section replacements, engine swaps, and other types of maintenance tasks.

As a
Mechanical Field Service Engineer Centrifugal/Reciprocating Compressor,
you will be responsible for:

• Providing technical direction for site activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality.
• Overseeing, overhaul, troubleshooting and commissioning of Centrifugal/Reciprocating Compressor products at customer sites.
• Leading in customer and contractor meetings to share and update action plans and to advise on technical solutions.
• Ensuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed, and completed according to company standards.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Demonstrate a good working knowledge of the installation and maintenance of rotating equipment.
• Have experience working in a mechanical role in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar).
• Display an impressive customer service-orientation mindset and experience leading customers through tough decisions.
• Be skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding.
• Have a deep awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance and potential risks.
• Be a motivated self-starter and be able to make key decisions and innovate solutions.
• Have excellent command and understanding of verbal and written English.
• Have an EU passport/ European Work permit and have excellent verbal and written English and Italian language
• Be ready to travel significantly (up to 70%) without geographical restriction, including offshore facilities

Responsabilidades:

• Cargue, descargue y movilización de productos dentro de la locación o instalaciones del cliente.
• Mover productos químicos al sitio de trabajo en sacos de 25 Kg.
• Mover mangueras y bombas neumáticas y contenedores de algunos productos químicos de más de 25 kg y hasta 50kg con ayuda de otro compañero.
• Mover herramientas, productos químicos de más de 50kg con carretilla.
• Orden y aseo del equipo de control de sólidos, casetas oficina, bodega, pad de almacenamiento de químicos y Frac Tanks
• Apoyo en la limpieza de canales de la locación.
• Apoyo en transferencia de fluidos.
• Limpieza externa de tanques (diariamente una a dos veces).
• Limpieza de cubetos de equipos y químicos.
• Realizar limpieza de bandejas de centrifugas decantadoras con rastrillo desde el piso.
• Recoger materiales contaminados.
• Organizar mangueras.
• Reportar al supervisor de campo cualquier novedad o inquietud que se presente.
• Cuantificación de cortes y ripios de perforación evacuados en volquetas.
• Inspección y arreglo de mallas en zarandas.
• Paletización y repaletización de químicos de DCF-FES.
• Cumplir con requisitos legales y de los clientes identificados por la organización.
• Aplicar y cumplir la Política HSE.
• Apoyar y participar en la consecución de objetivos y metas del sistema de gestión de HSE.
• Participar en el mejoramiento continuo del sistema de gestión de HSE.
• Participar en las diferentes reuniones, actividades y capacitaciones desarrolladas para el sistema de HSE, donde sea citado
• Asistir y cumplir con los entrenamientos que sean asignados a su labor.
• Comunicar a su supervisor cualquier riesgo y/o condición insegura en su sitio de trabajo.
• Aplicar y cumplir, programas y metodologías implementados en el sistema de gestión HSE.
• Seguir y cumplir los procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo establecidos para las operaciones bajo su control.
• Participar en los programas (tarjetas de observación, PVE, etc) que se desarrollen dentro del sistema de gestión HSE.
• Detener su trabajo si es requerido por el programa STOP WORK si es identificado un riesgo HSE
• Usar y cuidar los equipos de protección personal.

Requisitos:

• Bachiller técnico en mecánica, electricidad ,electrónica , electromecánica
• Experiencia un año en el área de Control de Sólidos no indispensable.

Conocimientos:

• Conocimiento básico sobre manejo de herramientas.
• Conocimiento uso de EPP.
