Requirements:

• Medical degree required, certification valuable.


• Extensive experience in medical function of biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry.


• Strong track record in strategic planning and implementation.


• Clinical and post-marketing drug safety and risk management.


• External stakeholders engagement and product launches.


• Strong creative leadership style attributes and successful people leadership.


• Managing high-performing teams and change management.


• Public speaking and in-depth understanding of medical strategies.


• In-depth understanding of medical compliance framework and local healthcare system.
