Key Responsibilities:

• Establish detailed systems and procedures for management of grants activities
• Develop grant budgets, prepare cash forecasts, and monitor grant expenditures
• Conduct grantee/subawardee site visits as appropriate with the technical and the monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) team
