Syntropic Engineer

The Role

Kalungi is looking for a Syntropic Engineer to design scalable systems that bring clarity to fast-growing B2B SaaS companies. This role blends RevOps, martech, and AI orchestration—building workflows, reusable assets, and frameworks that align teams and drive growth.

This is a first-of-its-kind position, ideal for someone who loves solving complex operational puzzles and designing systems people actually want to use.

Responsibilities

• Architect martech, RevOps, and AI-driven workflows.
• Implement STOP (Standardize, Templatize, Optimize, Productize) for client projects.
• Orchestrate AI agents using MCP and advanced prompt frameworks.
• Build reusable HubSpot templates, attribution models, and dashboards.
• Maintain and update our Playbook with best practices in syntropy engineering.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in RevOps, martech, or demand generation.
• Proficiency with HubSpot, GA4, CRM workflows, and attribution modeling.
• Programming skills in APIs, LLM pipelines, and prompt design.
• Strong systems thinker who can simplify and structure complexity.
• Curious, entrepreneurial mindset—eager to help define and evolve a new role.
