Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Director located in Guayaquil. The Content Director will be responsible for overseeing and developing content strategies, producing and managing high-quality content, and ensuring alignment with the organization's marketing goals. This role will involve close collaboration with creative, marketing, and leadership teams to create impactful and consistent messaging across all platforms. Additional responsibilities include supervising the content team, monitoring content performance, and adjusting strategies based on analytics and goals.

• Experience in Content Management, including workflow coordination, overseeing a team, and content scheduling.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills to manage cross-departmental communication and guide the content team.
• In-depth knowledge of performance analytics tools to monitor, evaluate, and optimize content effectiveness.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record in a senior content-related role, preferably within the logistics, transport, or supply chain industry.
