Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager based in Guayaquil, Ecuador. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects meet budget, timeline, and quality requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating resources, managing cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, maintaining stakeholder communication, and ensuring the project aligns with client expectations. The role requires adherence to B360's commitment to using advanced tools and customer-focused practices to achieve success.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and risk management
- Strong leadership qualities with skills in team coordination and conflict resolution
- Proficient in Time Management, Budget Management, and Quality Assurance methodologies
- Knowledge of engineering, construction, logistics, or related industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience in global or cross-regional projects is a plus
