El Ingeniero del CMA producción en campo, es el principal responsable de entregar servicios remotos de optimización de las operaciones desde el Centro CMA a todos los departamentos de Sacha para EP Petroecuador: Ingeniería, Producción, Mantenimiento y el cliente, utilizando herramientas del DOF

Roles y Responsabilidades:

  • Monitorear los parámetros de las bombas BES en tiempo real en las plataformas AGORA.
  • Detectar tempranamente los eventos y vigilar la producción del pozo, además de monitorear el desempeño de la BES en tiempo real, y actualización básica de los modelos de pozo.
  • Generar reportes y manejo de tendencias de los trabajos de optimización de producción para asegurar la entrega de un servicio de alta calidad, y capturar las oportunidades de mejora para un mayor nivel de servicio.
  • Utilizar la información de ingeniería de producción y datos de equipos de fondo y sensores de superficie para ayudar a optimizar el proceso de la producción y mitigar los riesgos. Consolidar toda la información relevante de caudal, volúmenes, presiones de producción del pozo, junto al amperaje, frecuencia, temperatura y vibraciones de la BES, para que pueda ser comunicada fácilmente a todos los miembros del equipo de producción.
  • Dar el soporte necesario a los Ingenieros de Producción con la información en tiempo real para la toma de decisiones. Así mismo participar activamente de las reuniones de operaciones de producción y yacimientos.
  • Utilizar las herramientas de Agora y PIPESIM.
  • Almacenar y actualizar adecuadamente la información generada en los reportes diarios y bitácoras, además de su carga en el PDMS o base de datos definida con los usuarios.
  • Generar, distribuir y almacenar las alertas por variación de parámetros observados en las plataformas antes mencionadas.
  • Analizar y crear actividades para posibles optimizaciones de pozos.
  • Elaborar y distribuir los reportes diarios de los eventos relevantes observados en los parámetros de las bombas de los pozos en el Bloque.
  • Realizar el control de calidad y el envío de el balance de Producción (ajustada) diariamente.

Cualificación mínima y experiencia:

  • Ingeniero en petróleos, mecánico con conocimientos en petróleos.
  • Experiencia de al menos 4 años en posiciones relacionadas.
  • Inglés Intermedio - Avanzado.
  • Posición de campo (Trabajo por Jornadas).
  • Locación: Puerto Francisco de Orellana (Orellana).
