Claims management for successful resolution. This may involve interaction with policyholders, other professionals, insurers, adjusters, insurance brokers, lawyers, and third parties.

Work within the framework of AIG's ethical and service standards, focusing on the provision of services to all customer groups and stakeholders, both internal and external.

Autonomous management of one's own casebook to ensure timely resolution of files, accuracy and timeliness, including control of supplier expenses.

Be part of a team to ensure that both team and individual objectives are met, and collaborate with external service providers to ensure that service standards in claims management are maintained.

Develop professionally in the sector in which they operate to bring a high level of experience to the company.

What we are looking for:

Third-level university studies in Business Administration, Engineering or related careers (in progress).

Insurance knowledge and experience of at least 2 years.

Not relevant experience.

Competencies: flexibility and adaptation to change, initiative, communication, teamwork, analytical thinking, negotiation skills.

Intermediate English (written and spoken).
