Salary Range: up to 4000 USD per year.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our financial operations team. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for completing financial tasks on a timely basis, conducting monthly and quarterly forecasting, performing financial analysis, and contributing to strategic financial planning.

Main Responsibilities:

• Complete financial tasks and reporting by the 7th of every month.
• Assist in making financial decisions and providing insight into the financial direction of the company.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly forecasting, perform financial analysis, and support strategic planning initiatives.
• Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks.
• Use Google Workspaces and Microsoft platforms to manage financial documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all month-end financial processes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Workspaces, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet monthly financial deadlines consistently.
• Experience in financial decision-making processes.
• Previous experience in a senior accounting role is preferred.
