Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts, space plans, and detailed layouts tailored to client needs.
• Produce accurate 2D drawings, 3D models, and design documentation for interior projects.
• Select finishes, materials, furniture, and fixtures in alignment with project goals and brand identity.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of interior elements into overall project plans.
• Prepare compelling client presentations with mood boards, renderings, and material samples.
• Conduct site visits to assess space conditions, oversee installations, and ensure quality execution.
• Maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout design phases.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture sourcing, and spatial planning.
• Experience with rendering tools like Enscape, Lumion, or V-Ray is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects effectively.
