REQUIREMENTS:


  • College Degree in Organizational Psychology, #Accounting and #Auditing, #Finance, #Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in #educational institutions or #service companies, as a Payroll Specialist or Analyst.
  • Carry out the institution's #payroll processing.
  • Gather employee information, #calculate #salaries, prepare and #process #employee #payments.
  • Analyze #data in financial #audit processes.
  • Advise #staff on #labor #legislation.
