Descripción
Bajo estricta supervisión, asiste en la entrega de equipo en pozo, en el ensamblaje y la preparación del equipo para su instalación y servicio. Se encarga de la limpieza, reparación y preparación para el siguiente trabajo. Asiste en el Análisis de Seguridad en el Trabajo (AST) y en las reuniones de seguridad. Aprende operaciones básicas que incluyen, pero no se limitan a: (1) realizar inspecciones del equipo previas/posteriores al trabajo, (2) realizar y completar procedimientos de mantenimiento preventivo, (3) mantener y operar la bomba de fluido de alta presión, (4) realizar pruebas hidrostáticas al Equipo de Prevención de Reventones (BOPE) y a los carretes durante los procedimientos previos/posteriores al trabajo, (5) monitorear los parámetros de control del pozo durante la aplicación del trabajo. Las tareas laborales, realizadas correctamente, tienen un impacto mínimo en la viabilidad de la organización. Los errores son fácilmente detectables por el supervisor y pueden corregirse. Se requiere la finalización de un Bachiller Técnico o Tecnología y 3 meses de experiencia. Se requiere la capacidad de realizar cálculos matemáticos básicos que involucren suma, resta, multiplicación y división. Se requieren habilidades básicas de comprensión lectora y escritura. Se prefieren habilidades informáticas básicas. Se prefiere la licencia para conducir vehículos comerciales. Promueve la conciencia de seguridad y la conciencia ambiental, y cumple con todos los procedimientos y regulaciones de seguridad y medio ambiente aplicables. Asegura el cumplimiento de las regulaciones y directrices de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (HSE). Promueve y participa activamente en el Proceso de Mejora de la Calidad.
Requerimientos
- Bachiller Técnico / Tecnología en petróleo, mantenimiento, electromecánica o afín.
- Experiencia básica de al menos 3 meses en actividades relacionadas a asistencia en operaciones de campo.
- Capacidad de realizar cálcuos básucos (suma, resta, multiplicación y división).
- Interés en desarrollo de carrera en Operaciones.
