About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and personable Project Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of creative and digital projects, with a primary focus on web design, video, and photography initiatives. This role is highly client-facing, requiring someone who is proactive, organized, and confident in managing relationships through phone calls, emails, and check-ins.

The ideal candidate is a natural communicator with a strong sense of ownership—someone who can keep clients informed, manage expectations, and ensure internal teams stay aligned and on track. You must be highly proficient with and capable of using it to manage timelines, workflows, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from onboarding to project completion.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins via phone, email, and video calls to maintain strong, positive relationships.
  • Translate client goals, feedback, and needs into clear instructions for creative and technical teams.
  • Manage expectations, communicate timelines, and ensure clients feel supported, informed, and engaged.

Project Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and manage web design, video production, and photography projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate internal resources—designers, developers, videographers, editors, and photographers—to ensure all deliverables are met on time.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of creative/digital projects, from planning and scoping to execution, delivery, and revision cycles.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, task assignments, and workflows using (required).
  • Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues before they impact deadlines.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, deliverables, approval logs, and communication records.
  • Ensure all stakeholders—internal and external—stay aligned and accountable.
  • Implement best practices to continuously improve project processes and efficiency.
  • Prepare status reports and project updates for leadership and clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing creative or digital projects (web design, branding, video, or photography).
  • Strong communication skills with a professional, client-friendly personality.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead communication via phone, email, and meetings.
  • Proficiency in for project tracking, task management, and workflow coordination.
  • Solid understanding of creative production processes and digital project lifecycles.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to keep projects moving forward proactively.
  • Ability to translate client needs into clear direction for cross-functional teams.
