JOB DESCRIPTION DESTINATION EXPERT

As a Destination Expert for Latin America, you are mainly responsible for the communication with prospects and guests and being in charge of the sales and organization of our tours.

This is a full-time position, based 4 days in our Cumbayá office and 1 day working from home.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage requests from both B2B and B2C markets
Creation of travel plans, vouchers, and itineraries
Continued development of our products and services
Organize all materials for the sales team and operational use
Work with clients to determine their traveling needs and guide them on the appropriate travel styles according to their respective requirements
Meet targets, work with deadlines, and be flexible to travel around Latin America
Be available for emergency calls (24/7)


NECESSARY SKILLS
Fluent in commercial English and Spanish, both oral and written
High communication and writing skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively
Tech-savvy, being able to work with various software packages.
Excellent sales and interpersonal skills
Flexible and adaptive in different situations, with high problem-solving skills
In-depth knowledge of our destinations (Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, Costa Rica, Chile, and Argentina)
BSc degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or relevant fields
