• Review seller documents, including titles and registration records, for authenticity and accuracy.
• Check vehicle photos, trim levels, and mileage. Flag problems and request corrections.
• Manage the Submitted queue as your top priority, and move qualified listings to Listed quickly.
• Call and text U.
S. sellers to confirm details, confirm intent to sell, and collect missing information.
• Answer basic questions from listed sellers about the auction and next steps. Escalate complex questions to the listing agent.
• Tag and organize leads in the CRM, flag cancellation risks, and complete ghost follow-ups with approved scripts.
• Send clear notes to the Listing Team and meet daily and weekly quotas. ✅ What You’ll Need
• Near-native English, written and spoken. You will speak with U.
S. sellers on every shift.
• Exceptional attention to detail and consistent, accurate record keeping.
• Confidence with outbound calls and texts.
• Strong prioritization skills and comfort learning CRM systems.
• Full-time availability during U.
S. business hours.
• Bonus: automotive, document verification (KYC), QA, data entry, or remote review experience.
• You must be based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe. 💼
