Full Stack - Product Engineer

The ideal candidate's favorite words are efficiency, automation, and scale. We are looking for a Product Engineer who thrives at the intersection of product thinking and software development.

You will be involved end-to-end: from understanding user problems and shaping solutions, through design collaboration, technical decision-making, and hands-on development in production.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain scalable and robust full-stack applications.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product features and functionality.
Build APIs, databases, and back-end services, ensuring efficient data flow between front-end and back-end systems.


Job Requirements:
Strong proficiency in full-stack development (React, Angular, for front-end; , Python, Java, etc., for back-end).
Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native applications.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for application management and deployment.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOC2) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Passion for building high-quality, secure, and scalable products.
Full proficiency in English is required as you will be dealing with English speaking clients.

After one year, you are a fully embedded member of the product team who contributes across discovery, design, and delivery.

You have shipped features used by customers and take ownership of a meaningful area of the product.
You collaborate closely with Product and Design and are trusted as a thought partner.
You think in terms of outcomes, not just tasks, and proactively improve product quality and workflows.
