As an In-house recruiter, you will be responsible in hiring the best candidate for the position. You will also be in-charge of the end to end recruitment process. And managing your new hire.Responsibilities:
- Communicate frequently with HR managers to identify the unique needs of our company and develop job descriptions for open positions
- Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and through referrals
- Use skill assessment tools to screen candidates and interview potential candidates (initial calls)
- Ensure the best-in-class candidate experience from the end-to-end hiring process
- Screen candidates in various stages of the application process and move qualified candidates through our talent pipeline
- Create a stable flow of new candidates all year round in all the states
- Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until the initiation of onboarding
Candidate requirements:
- 1+ year recruiting in the telecommunications and construction industry. You understand the lingo, the talent pool, and what "good" looks like in the field (Preferred)
- 1 year experience in social media recruiting (Preferred)
- Great communication skills
- High level of attention to detail while performing a variety of different tasks as needed
- Must be able to respond quickly in an environment of changing priorities
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Fluent Spanish, English B2+
