The Role
We're looking for a Creative Director to lead our overall creative vision, elevate our advertising and marketing efforts, and lay the groundwork for a growing design team. You'll stay involved in design execution while guiding others, developing scalable creative systems, and driving the integration of AI into our workflows to make campaigns more innovative and efficient.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design strategy and execution for ad creatives, marketing materials, and investor-facing assets for both IFT and our clients.
  • Produce high-performing ad creatives across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Use and experiment with AI design tools (e.g. Midjourney, Runway, Photoshop AI, Figma plugins) to speed up workflows and boost creativity.
  • Oversee the full design lifecycle — from concept to delivery — ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Manage and grow a design team while maintaining quality and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to bring campaigns to life.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all client projects.
  • Work closely with video producers/editors to integrate motion and video into campaigns.
  • Stay on top of design trends, investor psychology, and creative approaches that resonate with high-net-worth audiences.

What We're Looking For:

Must-Haves:

  • Fluent English communication is a MUST (written and spoken).
  • 5+ years of professional design experience, with 3+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong portfolio of performance-driven ad creatives (Meta, Google, LinkedIn preferred).
  • Hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Experience using AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, Figma AI, etc.) 
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with ad testing, conversion optimization, and creative performance metrics.
  • Skills in video production/editing or experience collaborating with video teams.

Bonus Points For:

  • Prior experience in financial services, fintech, private equity, or investor marketing.
  • Experience managing multiple client brands simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, or similar).
