Position Summary

The position is responsible for designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. Ideal candidates have a portfolio, love technology, and be able to work across multiple platforms. Be ready for multiple tasks, team collaboration, and a high-volume workload.

UX & Graphic Design – General Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UX design process: user research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Translate business and user needs into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Create visual concepts and layouts that clearly communicate information and support a seamless user experience.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate with other departments (product, marketing, development, etc.) to gather requirements and iterate on solutions.
• Conduct or support usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
• Develop illustrations, icons, logos, and other design assets using design software.
• Use the company's designated colors, typography, and layouts for each graphic and digital interface.
• Review final layouts and screens to ensure they are visually appealing, accessible, and on-brand.

Required Profile

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Demonstrated experience in UX design (portfolio showcasing user flows, wireframes, and interface designs).
• Proficiency with UX/UI tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, etc.).
• A minimum of one (1) year of work experience in graphic design; UX experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to generate ideas, think creatively, and clearly communicate concepts during team brainstorms and reviews.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to balance user needs, brand guidelines, and technical constraints.
