Como Agente de Counter en Europcar Ecuador, tus principales responsabilidades incluirán la atención al cliente, la gestión de reservas y la entrega y recepción de vehículos, asegurando un servicio de calidad. Otras tareas incluyen la coordinación de documentación y el manejo efectivo de consultas y reclamaciones de los clientes. Este es un puesto de tiempo completo que se realiza de manera presencial en nuestra oficina ubicada en
GUAYAQUIL.

Requisitos

  • Aptitudes en atención al cliente, resolución de quejas y orientación al servicio.
  • Experiencia en venta de servicios. De preferencia que hayan tenido experiencia en empresas de renting, hotelería, venta de autos.
  • Idioma Inglés nivel B2
  • Capacidad de organización para gestionar reservas y documentación administrativa.
  • Conocimiento en el manejo básico de sistemas informáticos y programas de gestión de reservas.
  • Competencias adicionales como habilidades de comunicación, trabajo en equipo y disposición para aprender serán valoradas.
