What we are looking for:
We are looking for Administrative Assistants to help our clients operate and scale different parts of their
growing business. As a administrative assistant you will be a general problem solver, collaborating with
different teams at our client company and helping them with various projects.

Salary:
$800

This is a contractor position
Remote Work
Our client in this role is an Insurance Company so any experience with insurance is best.

Requirements:

  • Fully fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite
  • Skilled in the use of apps and technology. Working with multiple tools.
  • Fast Learner
  • Ability to commit long term and full time
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (8-5 Mountain Time)
  • Customer Focused

Other Qualities we look for:

  • Previous experience with insurance preferred but not required
  • Ability to solve complex problems with minimal guidance
  • Experienced and comfortable in fast paced environments

Daily Duties:

  • Provides front line support to answer phones, and direct inquiries from agents

Email Management:
sorting emails, cleaning inbox, responding to emails, following up on
emails.


  • Assist with administrative tasks and the processing of the service work by ensuring all files are
complete and maintained according to the company's guidelines.


  • Accurately maintain electronic files per company's guidelines (naming, saving, separating,
sorting, following up on missing information and ensuring file is complete).


  • Prepare bind documentation (separate documents, name accurately, save properly).
  • Provides front line support to answer phones, and direct inquiries from agents
.


  • Timely delivery to agents or underwriters of tasks
  • assigned (Past due notices, cancellations, endorsements, missing information etc.).
  • Other support tasks as directed.
