Principales funciones y responsabilidades

Registrar transacciones en el sistema WMS de DHL y/o sistema del cliente.
Elaborar y/o actualizar reportes (según la cuenta asignada).
Apoyar en la coordinación con el cliente para operaciones de ingreso y salida de carga.
Colaborar en la programación, ejecución y control de inventarios cíclicos o generales.
Brindar soporte diario en tareas administrativas relacionadas con el procesamiento y documentación de envíos, incluyendo comunicación vía email.
Apoyar en el control de KPI's operativos.

Consultar información almacenada, realizar pedidos estándar o responder consultas básicas (niveles de inventario, cronogramas de entrega) en coordinación con el Ground Controller.

Seguir y asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y pautas de seguridad industrial, seguridad física y normas de manipulación.
Ejecutar actividades de Buenas Prácticas de Almacenamiento (BPA) en la bodega.
Brindar soporte en el uso correcto de los activos de


DHL:
scanners, computadoras, montacargas, infraestructura, etc.

Verificar el cierre documental:
documentos, sistema y conteo físico.

Mantener y controlar archivos documentarios (formatos de DHL, facturas, guías de remisión) y registros de inventarios cíclicos que respalden las transacciones en la bodega.

Ejecutar cualquier otra actividad que el Ground Controller considere pertinente, de acuerdo con las necesidades operativas y solicitudes del cliente.

Experiencia requerida

Experiencia mínima de 1 año en cargos similares en logística, bodega o afines.

Formación académica y conocimientos

Bachillerato; deseable estar cursando últimos ciclos de tecnologías en administración, industrial o logística.
Manejo de WMS y uso de radiofrecuencia.
Manejo de Excel (deseable nivel intermedio).
Manejo de Outlook y Word.
Conocimientos básicos de operaciones de bodega y distribución.
Deseable conocimiento en 5s y Buenas Prácticas de Almacenaje.
Deseable conocimiento de norma BASC, Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo y Gestión Ambiental.
