What You'll Achieve


Keep the entire company running like clockwork: CRM data entry & migrations, spreadsheets, trackers, dashboards — zero errors, always up-to-date.

Own logistics, document prep (slides, reports, proposals, quotes, contracts), research, and process documentation so nothing ever slows the team down.

Manage live chat/helpdesk, send follow-ups, post on social media, and handle client onboarding tasks that make everyone feel taken care of.

Automate repetitive admin workflows (Zapier/Make) and turn chaos into repeatable systems that save the team dozens of hours every week.

Be the proactive backbone that anticipates needs, fixes problems before they happen, and lets the builders build and the closers close.

Create unfair advantage by making operations feel invisible and effortless.

Must-Have

Obsessed with accuracy & order — you spot a typo or wrong number from a mile away and can't sleep until it's fixed
Extreme ownership — you treat every spreadsheet, message and client email like your personal reputation is on the line
Ruthless learner — you master new tools, CRMs, or processes in hours, not weeks
Master of calm, fast, flawless execution under pressure

Nice-to-Have

Past wins keeping remote teams organized or running flawless operations
Hands-on with Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, HubSpot/Pipedrive, Zapier/Make, Canva, Slack, Calendly
Experience with data entry/migration, social media scheduling, live chat (Intercom/Gorgias), proposal tools

The Pay System

20 % of every dollar the company makes goes straight to the team.
Your monthly payout = your share of tokens × total pool.
No fixed salary. No politics. Just impact → tokens → money.
