Process and Quality Analyst

Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Identify and document processes.
- Propose improvement opportunities and carry out their implementation and follow-up until the expected results are achieved.
- Conduct internal audits for incidents and requests handled by the Service Center.
- Contact users who have expressed negative feedback (detractors) to reach agreements that help improve their expectations.
What we need to see from you:
- Professional in Engineering or Technology in Productivity and Quality, Industrial Quality, Processes, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of developing dashboards with management indicators.
- Familiarity with NTC ISO 9001, NTC ISO 27001, and ISO standards.
- ITIL certification.
