MISION DEL CARGO:

Diseñar e implementar los lineamientos estratégicos de Category Management que aseguren el portafolio correcto, los roles de SKU adecuados, las curvas de precio óptimas y la distribución eficiente del espacio en cada formato de tienda, integrando analítica avanzada para maximizar la rentabilidad de la compañía y el valor para los clientes.


Este rol será responsable de traducir la estrategia RGM en planes de surtido, espacio y exhibición basados en data, shopper insights y modelos predictivos, garantizando una ejecución diferenciada en el Canal Moderno.


PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Definir y gestionar la estrategia de Category Management y portafolio para el Canal Moderno, basada en información de los shoppers, elasticidades, roles de SKU y ocasiones de consumo.
  • Analizar la información comercial y de shopper para optimizar el espacio y la asignación de góndola para maximizar la rentabilidad.
  • Liderar la relación técnica con Cuentas Claves para decisiones de

Category Management:
surtido, espacio y crecimiento rentable.


  • Adoptar, adaptar y estandarizar las mejores prácticas globales de Category Management del sistema Coca-Cola.
