Análisis de datos y métricas de crecimiento
Optimización de procesos comerciales y de marketing
Identificación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio
Actividades:
Analizar datos de clientes, mercado y producto para detectar oportunidades
Diseñar y ejecuta estrategias de crecimiento
Optimizar el funnel:
adquisición → activación → retención → fidelización
Medir resultados (KPIs, conversiones, CAC, LTV, churn, etc.)
Ajustar estrategias basadas en resultados reales
Trabajar con áreas como marketing, producto, CX, data y gerencia
Manejar presupuesto de iniciativas de crecimiento
Cumplir con políticas de seguridad de la información y protección de datos
Requisitos:
3er nivel en Marketing, Publicidad, Administración, Economía.
Mínimo 3 años en el cargo
Análisis de Datos, Metodologías Ágiles, Marketing Digital y Reportería
