Objetivo del Proyecto:
El Programa Multianual de Resiliencia busca mejorar la resiliencia del sistema educativo con el propósito de garantizar el derecho a la educación de niños, niñas y adolescentes migrantes y de la comunidad acogida en un contexto emergente caracterizado por altos índices de violencia, inseguridad y desastres naturales. A través de la implementación de servicios de apoyo psicosocial se promoverá la atención a la salud mental de niñas, niños, adolescentes, docentes e integrantes de los DECE para impulsar el desarrollo de habilidades socioemocionales que permitan la permanencia en el sistema educativo.

Responsabilidades:
  • Supervisar y coordinar todas las actividades del proyecto.
  • Desarrollar y gestionar el plan de trabajo del proyecto acorde a los compromisos con el donante.
  • Facilitar la comunicación entre los diferentes equipos del Consorcio y partes interesadas.
  • Supervisar la administración de los recursos financieros, acorde con las normas y políticas del donante y de ChildFund.
  • Realizar el monitoreo continuo del proyecto y garantizar el cumplimiento de los plazos acordados con el donante y ChildFund.
  • Realizar viajes para la supervisión y apoyo al equipo del proyecto en todas las ciudades parte del proyecto.
  • Asegurar la implementación efectiva y eficiente del Proyecto en el área de intervención.
  • Dar los lineamientos estratégicos al equipo del proyecto en línea con el proyecto aprobado.
  • Gestionar recursos y resolver problemas.
  • Elaborar informes y documentación periódicos de la intervención de acuerdo con los requerimientos del donante y de la Oficina País.
  • Informar regularmente sobre el estado del proyecto a la alta dirección.
  • Establecer relaciones con actores claves a nivel nacional y local.
  • Posicionar a ChildFund en los espacios de intervención.
  • Velar por la aplicación de las políticas, principios y normativas en el proyecto, determinadas por el donante y por ChildFund.
  • Otras tareas asignadas por el/la supervisor/a.

Habilidades y Experiencia:
  • Título de tercer nivel en educación, ciencias sociales, administración, psicología y/o afines, se valorará título de cuarto nivel en gestión de proyectos
  • Experiencia previa de al menos 5 años en gestión de proyectos.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
  • Capacidad para tomar decisiones rápidas y eficaces.
  • Conocimientos en planificación y ejecución de proyectos.
