Job Description:

The SLS-SLS Analyst role is responsible for supporting the execution of business strategies and driving growth in a stable external business environment. This role requires analytical thinking and the ability to identify, define, and analyze alternative courses of action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports and assists in executing strategies in team/organization.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
  • Collaborates and networks effectively within immediate team or work domain as required to maximize job impact and personal learning.
  • Works under limited supervision, follows defined precedents and policies.
  • Aware of relevant external (legal, tax) and internal (e.g. decision authority, procure to pay) stewardship requirements and acts accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Able to contribute to and execute strategies in team/organization.
  • Has knowledge in developing new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products.
  • Possesses strong collaborative skills for effective internal influencing.
  • Able to work under limited supervision with ability to determine own priorities.
  • Awareness of relevant stewardship requirements and ability to act accordingly.

Job Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in sales analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau) and advanced Excel for data reporting.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail: Excellent critical thinking skills and high accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
