Job Description:

At EdgeUno, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Analyst to join our Legal team. This role supports the day-to-day legal operations and ensures our business runs efficiently and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational and communication skills, and is eager to grow in a collaborative, international legal setting.

You will be responsible for managing contracts, supporting compliance efforts, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to mitigate legal risks under the supervision of company counsel.

Core Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and edit low‑ to medium‑complexity agreements, letters, and legal documents using templates and playbooks; identify and escalate non‑standard terms, high‑risk clauses, and material deviations.
• Manage the contract lifecycle: coordinate approvals, handle e‑signature and wet signatures, file fully executed documents, and track key dates, renewals, obligations, and terminations.
• Support compliance operations under counsel direction (e.g., policy upkeep, logs/reporting, training logistics).
• Assist with vendor and customer due diligence, questionnaires, and Data Protection Impact Assessments in partnership with Security/IT and Procurement.
• Maintain organized, audit‑ready legal files, including entity records, trademark portfolios, board and shareholder meeting minutes, powers of attorney, template libraries, and compliance calendars.
• Obtain and manage corporate certificates (e.g., certificates of good standing and incumbency), notarizations, apostilles/legalizations; coordinate couriers and filings/registrations with government entities.
• Help track policy acknowledgments and training completion.
• Support onboarding of customers and partners, including export control and sanctions screenings; escalate potential matches.
• Process legal invoices and purchase orders; assist with budget tracking and accruals as needed.
• Triage legal inboxes/tickets; keep stakeholders informed of status and service‑level agreements (SLAs).
• Proactively escalate regulatory questions, data/privacy incidents, employment matters, and novel or higher‑risk issues to company counsel.
• Partner closely with Sales, Procurement, Security/IT, Product, Marketing, HR, and Finance to gather inputs, drive approvals, and close out requests.

Requirements:

• Law degree required.
• 1 year of experience in the field.
• English advanced (spoken and written).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a multinational or tech company legal department.
• Familiarity with privacy regulations and compliance processes.
• Previous experience working with cross-functional teams.
