Key Responsibilities

  • Based in local country market, will be a key member of the technical support team for helping launch of new products;
  • Executing terminal products testing cases and report the results according with the carrier requirements;
  • Troubleshooting technical issues, reporting to R&D and team leader, able to produce rational solutions to problems and use the time efficiently;
  • Responsible of take care of the relation ship with the clients (carriers) and to build the relationship;
  • Help to improve the quality of the product from the test point of view;
  • Make test plans, following cases and requirements acording with carrier requirements;
  • Software testing on Android and familiarities with debugging tools of Android;
  • Cooperate with R&D to debug and catch valid log information;
  • On-site support to resolve issues and field tests when it is required;
  • Manage the SUTEL national certification for the mobile devices.

Qualifications

  • Engineering Degree preferably electronics and communication engineering, telecommunication engineering or relevant majors;
  • More than 5 years of mobile phone testing or related experience;
  • Knowledge of mobile phone market and IOT products;
  • Basic knowledge of wireless technologies(2G,3G,LTE,5G) and following the future technologies;
  • Knowledge of cellular systems, experience with carriers will be a plus;
  • Familiar with Android system and basic test methods;
  • Ability to do independent work, thoughtful and strong execution;
  • Strong communication, analysis, reporting and presentation skills;
  • Knowledge of debugging tools as Qualcomm and MTK suite;
  • Being a good team member and having a positive attitude;
  • Strong capabilities on studying new telecommunication and product knowledge;
  • Ability of good coordination on communication with RD and customer;
  • Good knowledge of MS office programs;
  • Excellent command of native language and English written and spoken.
